Returns & Exchanges:

- Custom-stitched items are non-returnable
Voluntary Returns/Exchanges:
- If the product has no visible defect or damage but you still wish to return or exchange it, the forward and reverse shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check. If the product is found intact and unused, your refund will be processed accordingly.
