Return & Exchange Policy
As per company policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on any product once sold. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions. Once an item is sold on www.rajnesa.com, it may only be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value.
If your product qualifies for exchange, you must write to us at care@rajnesa.com within 7 days of delivery to raise a request.
Once your request is acknowledged and approved by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup facility at your address.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, kindly email us with your Order Number and relevant photographs. Once the product is returned and received by us in its original condition, we will dispatch a replacement piece.

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described, the cost of reverse and forward shipping will be borne by Rajnesa.

In all other cases (for example, if you wish to exchange for another product by choice), the customer is responsible for shipping charges, which include:

₹100 for forward shipping

Conditions for Exchange

Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Exchange is permitted only once per order.

If we have shipped a wrong size or defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

In case the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will issue store credit, valid for 60 days, equal to the original item value minus shipping and COD charges.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for minor color variation concerns. We strive for accurate product photography, but 5–10% variation may occur due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution.
